Where are kotoko stores located?
Our first store is located at Plaza Indonesia Level 4 Unit #029 Jl. MH Thamrin Kav 28 - 30 Jakarta. We are planning to open more stores in Jakarta and other cities across Indonesia in the upcoming months.

Also, you will get the best value-for-money offline store solutions by joining kotoko because with our affordable rental fee you can get more facilities and access to multiple features for your offline store. Rental fee and minimum rental duration is varied across kotoko stores.
How much is kotoko rental fee?
For standard size of area, the rental fee we charge is starting from Rp 300,000 per day.
How much in advance deposit I need to pay to open my store in kotoko?
The value of the deposit is one month of agreed rental fee. Deposit is proof of your commitment that we will be used to reserve the space only for you.
How long is the minimum rental duration in kotoko?
Minimum rental duration is starting from 1 month. Minimum rental duration is varied across locations and type of store that you rent.
How can I join kotoko?
Choose location. Find many commercial area locations from shopping malls, open spaces, to office buildings. Set renting duration as you need and choose your favourite location that fits your budget
Wait for our confirmation. You will receive rental confirmation from our team within one month. If your rental request is approved, kotoko will prepare the space you have booked for your offline store
Deliver your products. Next, you can just send your products that you want to market to us, we will take care the rest. That's it! You can come and welcome your customers in your store.
What should I prepare before joining kotoko?
Register your brand through our website and place your rental request
Pay deposit to confirm your rental request and wait for our confirmation
After your rental request confirmed, select products and number of stocks that you want to market and store in kotoko store. Ensure that your stocks are not exceeding your space capacity
Upload your product photos, product detail, and stock availability through kotoko merchant dashboard
Ship your products a week prior to store opening
Share the news about your offline store with kotoko through your social media and other communication channels to your loyal customers

What will happen if I would like to cancel the rental agreement before the agreed end rental date?
We will refund 50% of remaining rental fee if the cancellation is confirmed 1 month before the the end rental date. If the cancellation is confirmed less than 1 month prior to the end rental date, then kotoko will not refund any remaining rental fee.
